Community Lead – Place Ville Marie

About the role

WeWork is looking for a Community Lead to drive an elevated member experience at our Place Ville Marie location. Reporting daily to the building, you will ensure members receive personalized support, enjoy curated events, and feel welcomed throughout their time with us.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize membership value and regularly check in on member experience.
• Anticipate member and guest needs, follow up on negative feedback, and resolve issues using the Medallia system and severity scale.
• Review Medallia responses to identify improvement areas and implement proactive changes.
• Support front‑desk coverage to maintain consistent service during business hours.
• Lead pre‑move‑in meetings, deliver new‑member orientation, and create onboarding materials such as welcome notes and FAQ guides.
• Conduct move‑out interviews to capture departing member insights.
• Provide building tours for VIPs and prospective members, alert the Growth Team to sales‑related conversations, and hand‑off leads to appropriate sales contacts.
• Offer feedback on event programming based on member demographics.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on member engagement and retention.
• Ability to anticipate needs, handle feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent communication for conducting meetings, tours, and onboarding sessions.
• Organizational capability to manage front‑desk schedules and event feedback.

Required skills

• Experience using the Medallia member‑experience platform.
