Community Impact & Reporting Manager

About the role

The Manager, Community Impact & Reporting partners with the Director of Community Impact to shape and deliver the insurer’s community strategy across Canada. This role blends strategic planning, program delivery, and high‑level reporting to ensure the organization’s impact story is clear, credible, and aligned with corporate goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director in refining the Canada philanthropy strategy and translate it into implementation plans, roadmaps, and program frameworks.
• Conduct research, landscape scans and benchmarking to guide funding priorities and partnership models.
• Track progress against objectives, surface insights and recommend continuous improvements.
• Manage relationships with community partners, charities and non‑profit organisations, ensuring collaborative, measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Compliance) to launch initiatives and streamline processes.
• Develop reporting materials on sustainability, community impact and broader corporate initiatives.
• Support enterprise reporting processes, including corporate responsibility disclosures.
• Synthesize data and program results into concise narratives, slide decks, dashboards and briefing notes for senior audiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community impact, philanthropy or corporate social responsibility program delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to conduct research, benchmark and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with non‑profit and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to create clear, compelling communications for senior leadership.
