About the role

Join Mercedes‑Benz Mississauga as a Commercial Vans Sales & Leasing Consultant, acting as the vehicle product specialist for commercial customers. You will be the primary point of contact, guiding prospects through the buying process and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage customers in the field to generate new business.
• Sell commercial vans to meet volume and gross‑profit targets.
• Serve as the liaison between the dealership and customers throughout the purchase journey.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
• Listen actively to understand vehicle requirements and preferences.
• Present vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct road‑test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience; automotive or dealership background preferred.
• Experience with Mercedes‑Benz vans is an asset.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Valid OMVIC license and a clean driver’s license.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as CDK or Reynolds.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like OneEighty or DealerTrack.
