Commercial Strategy Consultant – Life Sciences

About the role

ODAIA is seeking a Commercial Strategy Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for pharma and life‑science clients. Reporting to the Director of Business Acceleration, you will bridge commercial strategy with data‑driven execution, helping clients accelerate therapy adoption and improve provider engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop structured approaches, and guide clients through complex commercial challenges.
• Conduct hypothesis‑driven analysis, synthesize findings, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies for brand strategy, market sizing, segmentation, and commercial effectiveness.
• Integrate primary research, secondary data, and ODAIA’s AI platform into insight‑rich deliverables.
• Support pipeline strategy, launch planning, competitive landscaping, and go‑to‑market frameworks.
• Enable dynamic targeting and segmentation, define success metrics, track ROI, and present results in executive briefings and QBRs.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and senior executive audiences.
• Consulting rigor and comfort working on unstructured problems across the client lifecycle.
