CNC/CMM (computer numerically controlled coordinate measuring machine) programmer

About the role

International Rubber Products Ltd. is looking for a CNC/CMM programmer to operate, program, and optimise computer numerically controlled coordinate measuring machines in our Edmonton facility. The successful candidate will support production, data collection and process improvement across our manufacturing lines.

Key responsibilities

• Set machine and equipment controls to meet production specifications.
• Design plant layouts and production facilities that improve workflow and efficiency.
• Conduct work measurement studies and other analytical assessments.
• Develop computer applications for machines and manufacturing processes.
• Collect, analyse and report on data and sample measurements.
• Develop and document manufacturing and processing procedures.
• Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and technical reports.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant CNC/CMM programming experience.
• Full‑time day‑shift availability.
