CNC Machinist

About the role

Join a global leader in fluid‑flow technology as a CNC Machinist on the Operations team. You will work in an agile, innovative environment where you help produce high‑quality components while contributing ideas to improve efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and mill machines according to job travelers, drawings, and sketches.
• Perform pre‑inspection of parts, verify tooling, and enter speed, feed, and cut codes.
• Maintain tooling, conduct daily preventative‑maintenance checks, and use an overhead crane for part handling.
• Measure finished parts with precision instruments and ensure compliance with tolerances and surface finishes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience, including setup and operation.
• General machinist certification (asset) and experience with large casings and fabricated components.
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, charts, and tables.
• Motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and excellent communication in English.
