Clinician Team Lead – Chiropodist/Podiatrist (Toronto)

About the role

The Align Clinician Team Lead serves as the clinical north star for the Toronto flagship clinic, guiding practitioners to deliver high‑integrity foot care that exceeds KPI benchmarks. This senior position combines hands‑on patient care with mentorship, quality assurance, and strategic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team, mentor clinicians and oversee peer‑reviews.
• Supervise student placements through the UHN partnership and ensure treatment plans meet Align standards.
• Audit clinical cases, resolve client concerns and maintain high NPS scores.
• Drive revenue by coaching clinicians on integrated product and service recommendations.
• Represent the clinical voice in L10 meetings and deliver quarterly clinical Rocks and data reports.

Required profile

• Registered Chiropodist or Podiatrist in good standing with COCOO.
• Proven leadership experience managing clinical teams and holding them accountable.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret scorecards and develop training solutions.
• Collaborative attitude, working closely with client experience and operations teams.
