About the role

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join its Sandstone Pharmacies location in Medicine Hat. This non‑dispensing role focuses on advancing patient care through collaborative drug therapy management and innovative clinical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient records to assess medication appropriateness and identify health concerns.
• Provide expert consultation on drug dosages, substances, and administration.
• Adjust pharmaceutical treatments based on effectiveness evaluations.
• Maintain accurate medication plans and patient progress records.
• Refer patients to appropriate healthcare providers when needed.
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment while managing time effectively.

Required profile

• APA certification and injection certification.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacists.
• Familiarity with the Alberta Pharmacy Professional Services Framework.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Client‑focused, dependable, initiative‑driven, and collaborative.
