Clinical Nurse – Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse II to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care to a group of patients during the night shift at St Joseph’s Hospital. The role involves applying the nursing process, delegating tasks to the health‑care team, and maintaining professional accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, following clinical standards.
• Apply the nursing process and evidence‑based practices to promote clinical excellence.
• Delegate appropriate patient‑care activities to other team members.
• Maintain professional accountability and pursue opportunities for professional development.

Required profile

• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification if required by the department.
• Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum two years of RN experience (new graduates may apply to the Clinical Nurse Residency).
