Client Solution Lead - Financial Engineering

About the role

d1g1t is seeking a Client Solution Lead to own the design and delivery of complex financial engineering implementations for wealth‑management clients. The role is highly client‑facing, bridging product, engineering, and client services to ensure successful migration from legacy systems to d1g1t’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of large, multi‑custodian implementations from discovery through production and stabilization.
• Own solution design trade‑offs across modeling, workflows, and platform configuration, setting delivery strategy, milestones, and success criteria.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex client, modeling, and workflow challenges.
• Mentor delivery teams, establish implementation standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Partner with product leadership to shape roadmap priorities and with sales on technical pre‑sales engagements.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in fintech, wealth‑management platforms, SaaS implementations or consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex delivery engagements with senior stakeholders and deep understanding of investment workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem‑solver, and effective communicator with executive presence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
