About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and self‑motivated Client Services Coordinator to work remotely, supporting our clients on either a part‑time or full‑time basis. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Manage client accounts, including order processing, shipment tracking, and billing inquiries.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Monitor client satisfaction and retention, taking actions to improve outcomes.
