Client Account Manager – Remote (Canada) – Immediate Start

About the role

Sail Away Media is looking for a proactive Client Account Manager to join its remote team in Canada. You will be the primary liaison for a portfolio of 8‑10 brands, ensuring campaigns launch on time and clients receive an exceptional experience. This fast‑paced agency role requires strong organization, client focus, and a passion for digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 8‑10 client accounts as the main point of contact.
• Lead client onboarding and transition into internal systems and processes.
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver high‑quality work on schedule.
• Participate in strategy calls with the Strategy Lead and Marketing Director.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Address client requests promptly and accurately.
• Monitor project timelines and maintain momentum across accounts.
• Collaborate daily with team members via Slack, Asana, Zoom, and Google Drive.

Required profile

• 2+ years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency.
• 4+ years of overall marketing experience.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Proactive, solution‑focused, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Passionate about digital marketing, social media, and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Meta Ads platform.
• TikTok Ads platform.
• TikTok Shop (asset).
• Understanding of campaign metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates.
• Experience with collaboration tools: Slack, Asana, Zoom, Google Drive.
