About the role
This is a casual position with Quality Custom Cleaning, providing premium residential, Airbnb, move‑out and specialty cleaning services in Medicine Hat. The role involves delivering high‑quality cleaning while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Complete deep‑cleaning projects according to task lists and follow established procedures.
- Check each other’s work to ensure best quality workmanship.
- Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled shifts.
Required profile
- Previous cleaning experience (1 year preferred) and reliable, punctual work ethic.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
Required skills
- Routine cleaning techniques (sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting).
- Time management and ability to follow health and safety regulations.
