Cleaning Supervisor – Warehouse (Brampton)

About the role

Commercial Cleaning Services is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of janitorial staff at its warehouse facility in Brampton. The role covers night shifts from Friday to Sunday, ensuring the site remains clean, safe, and meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with onsite client representatives, address service quality issues promptly, and promote a service‑oriented culture.
• Prepare shift schedules and work assignments in line with contract requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing CCS safety policies and procedures.
• Support training of new employees and manage ordering of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleaning standards and perform cleaning duties as needed.
• Manage communication via radio and handle other duties as reasonably required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in facility services in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning best practices, sustainable products, tools, and machinery.
• Demonstrated people‑management, planning and organizational abilities.
• Problem‑solving skills to meet unforeseen demands.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and other technology tools.
• Successful police background check.
