About the role
We are looking for a proactive Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at various client sites in Edmonton. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction while managing day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train and schedule cleaning staff.
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
- Inspect sites to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Identify and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align work schedules.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation.
- 1–2 years of experience supervising cleaning or janitorial teams.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Flexibility and initiative.
