Cleaning Supervisor – Commercial Facilities

About the role

The Cleaning Supervisor will lead a team of cleaners in a commercial office building environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. This full‑time, permanent position reports to facility management and requires hands‑on involvement in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and schedule cleaning staff, including light‑duty and specialized cleaners.
• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across the site.
• Inspect facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Identify and arrange additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
• Assist cleaners with tasks as needed and collaborate with other departments to align work schedules.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Physically demanding work in a dirty environment.
• Client‑focused, dependable, flexible, and able to exercise good judgement.
• Available to start on the posted date and have at least 1 month of relevant experience.
