About the role
The Cleaning Service Manager will lead daily operations of our janitorial services in Ottawa. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating staff, inventory, and contracts to deliver efficient cleaning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily cleaning operations.
- Evaluate, plan, and organize daily activities.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget and inventory.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Availability for early morning, morning, day, or evening shifts.
