About the role
We are recruiting an experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy plant‑hire company based in Edmonton, South East England. The role offers a competitive salary of £42,000 per year, Monday‑to‑Friday hours from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with overtime available.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and collect plant, tools and other hire equipment to and from customer sites.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork accurately.
- Carry out daily vehicle inspections and checks.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- CPC qualification and a Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience in plant hire, tool hire or a similar industry.
- Good geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
- Reliable and professional approach.
