Class 1 Truck Driver – Full‑time

About the role

EFL Transport Inc. is seeking a reliable Class 1 Truck Driver to join its team in Winnipeg. You will operate straight or articulated trucks, delivering goods across the region while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive as part of a two‑person team or convoy, transporting goods and materials.
• Load, unload, tarp, and secure cargo to ensure safety and security.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections, including brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs.
• Monitor vehicle condition, inspect tires, lights, brakes, and cold‑storage equipment.
• Record cargo details, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate with central dispatch, relaying information and updates.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation.
• 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant driving experience.
• Valid Class 1 (or A) driver's licence.
• Air Brakes Endorsement.
