About the role
Truly Green Farms is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial, communications and other business services. The CFO will be responsible for establishing robust financial controls, projecting cash flow needs, and developing risk management strategies to support the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Project cash flow and financing requirements, aligning resources with operational needs.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to mitigate financial exposure.
- Perform financial calculations, including costing and budgeting, to guide strategic decisions.
Required profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related field.
- 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and process improvement.
- Specialization in financial planning and process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong personal suitability for senior financial roles.
