Certified Framing Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join the Michaels store in Sherbrooke as a Certified Framing Associate. You will help customers create memorable framing solutions while maintaining a clean, safe retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance and safety.
• Deliver custom framing solutions, meet sales and production targets, and complete orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready‑made frame department, restock shelves, and support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist customers on the floor, operate the cash register, and support omni‑channel processes.

Required profile

• Basic computer and measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment, glass cutter, and handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Retail experience and a customer‑service mindset.
