Cell Phone Advisor (Retail Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Cell Phone Advisor to join our Wireless Kiosk inside Costco in Mississauga. The role focuses on delivering premium mobile‑device sales and service to Costco members, leveraging partnerships with Bell, Rogers, Apple, Samsung and Google.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand their mobile needs and recommend appropriate devices, plans and accessories.
• Maintain product knowledge across major brands and carrier offerings.
• Achieve individual sales targets while upholding the company’s high service standards.
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges in accordance with store policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to connect with customers and build trust quickly.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada; no immigration sponsorship provided.
• Preference for candidates with experience outside the cell‑phone industry.
