Casual Retail Sales Associate – Flexible Hours

About the role

Join the ANBL retail team as a Casual Retail Sales Associate and bring your passion for the liquor industry to a dynamic, customer‑focused environment. This flexible, part‑time position allows you to balance work, school or family commitments while gaining valuable experience in a fast‑moving store.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent, customer‑first service experience.
• Educate shoppers on product selections and suggest pairings to boost sales.
• Process cash and point‑of‑sale transactions accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, promotions and store merchandising.
• Perform visual merchandising and keep the store organized.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload stock in the warehouse.
• Complete routine office, clerical and light cleaning tasks.

Required profile

• At least 19 years old and not employed by a brewing, distilling or alcohol‑producing company.
• Minimum one year of sales or customer‑service experience; experience in alcohol retail is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb when handling stock.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends and short‑notice call‑ins.
