Join LensCrafters as a Casual Part‑Time Sales Associate in Edmonton, AB. You will be the front‑line ambassador for our vision‑care brand, helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by nurturing existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.
• Interpret optical prescriptions to recommend appropriate lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinate measurements with optical tools.
• Conduct measurements using optical equipment and collaborate with opticians as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment, including displays and inventory.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store culture and build strong relationships with peers, management, and support staff.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail or customer‑service experience.
• Comfortable using point‑of‑sale systems, computers, and basic math tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
