About the role
Piersons Foodland is seeking a friendly cashier to join its team in Wellington, ON. This permanent, part‑time position offers flexible morning, night, day and weekend shifts, with the possibility of moving to full‑time based on performance. No prior experience is required – we provide full training on cash handling, customer service and store procedures. Key duties include processing customer transactions efficiently, keeping the checkout area tidy, and ensuring accurate cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift. We value punctuality, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role pays $17.60 per hour and is ideal for candidates looking for a reliable on‑site job in the food retail sector.
