About the role

The cashier works in a fast‑paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers while processing their purchases efficiently and accurately. Join a family‑focused, diverse team at one of Canada’s iconic retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Process customer purchases accurately.
• Operate the cash register and POS system.
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and concerns.
• Maintain all checkout work stations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Ability to work shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Approachable and customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to challenging situations.
• Capability to operate a cash register.
