Cashier – Full‑time Retail Position

About the role

We are looking for a reliable cashier to join our team at Lenora's No Frills in St. Paul. The role involves handling transactions, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean checkout area in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process cash, cheque, and credit/debit card payments.
• Scan items, weigh produce and bulk foods, and calculate total amounts for customers.
• Receive payments, reconcile daily/shift totals with sales records, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Stock shelves, clean the counter area, and assist customers with self‑checkout stations.
• Greet customers, provide courteous service, and address inquiries.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Accurate, detail‑oriented and strong oral communication skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
• Previous retail or cash handling experience is an asset.
