Caseworker

About the role

The Caseworker supports Cencora’s patient and provider services in Canada, helping patients navigate funding, access, and therapy compliance. You will work within the Innomar Strategies division, providing telephone assistance and case management for pharmaceutical and biotechnology programs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and individual patient cases, following company processes.
• Provide telephone support for funding, access, and compliance issues, handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Administer case‑management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, follow‑up, and adverse‑event reporting.
• Conduct market‑research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other health professionals.
• Document all activities in program‑specific databases and maintain clear communication with managers and team members.
• Participate in training, mentor new caseworkers, and provide feedback on processes and databases.
• Report adverse events to the appropriate units and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, marketing, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of customer‑service experience.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
