Caseworker - Bilingual (French/English)

About the role

The Caseworker supports Cencora’s patient and provider services in Canada, handling a range of case‑management activities for pharmaceutical and biotechnology programs. This bilingual position requires interaction with patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies to ensure smooth access to therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and cases, adhering to company processes.
• Provide telephone support for funding, access, and compliance issues.
• Administer case‑management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow‑up, therapy disruption monitoring, and adverse event reporting.
• Conduct market‑research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other health professionals.
• Document all activities in program‑specific databases and maintain clear communication with managers and team members.
• Participate in training, provide feedback on processes, and assist in training new caseworkers.
• Report adverse events to designated units and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration, sales, marketing, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience.
• Bilingual French/English (preferred).
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical sector is an asset.
