Cannabis Production Worker

About the role

ANC is looking for dedicated production workers to join its cannabis manufacturing team. You will play a key part in assembling products, operating machinery, and ensuring that every item meets the company’s high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately assemble cannabis products following detailed instructions.
• Operate, monitor, and perform routine maintenance on production machinery.
• Package finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements, label correctly, and seal to preserve freshness.
• Conduct visual inspections and quality checks, reporting any defects to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols, wear required protective gear, and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Troubleshoot process issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain precise production records, including quantities, defects, and adjustments.
