Busser / Server Assistant (Bilingual)

About the role

As a Busser (Server Assistant) at Playground, you will help keep the gaming floor’s dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Working on a fast‑paced gaming venue, you will support the waitstaff, ensure tables are reset quickly, and maintain stocked workstations.

Key responsibilities

• Clear, clean and reset tables throughout the dining area.
• Keep all work stations clean, stocked, and ready for service.
• Assist servers during service, delivering dishes and refilling glasses.
• Prepare the dining room before service and close it at the end of the shift.
• Restock stations, bring clean glasses to the bar, and manage garbage and recycling.
• Help with stock placement and retrieval as needed.

Required profile

• Bilingual in English and French.
• At least 18 years old.
• Pleasant, helpful demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 25 lb+ items and stand for long periods.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑player, customer‑oriented and flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
