Business Process Sr. Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Business Process Consultant to lead design‑thinking workshops and drive AI‑enabled transformation initiatives within our Commercial Banking division. The role combines deep banking knowledge with expertise in process engineering to shape future‑state operating models.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate design‑thinking and process discovery sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Assess, map, and analyze current‑state processes, customer journeys, and operating models.
• Design and document future‑state processes that incorporate AI‑enabled improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Provide guidance on transformation road‑maps and monitor progress against objectives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in Commercial Banking or a related financial services environment.
• Proven track record in process engineering, transformation, and design‑thinking methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable process designs.
