Business Process Specialist

About the role

The Business Process Specialist will join the Business Innovation & AI Team to drive process improvement, automation, and AI adoption across CLV Group’s operations. The role focuses on identifying optimization opportunities, documenting workflows, and implementing technology solutions that support scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support migration and adoption of AI‑driven tools and digital workflows throughout the organization.
• Partner with teams to map current processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and design automation opportunities.
• Extract, clean, analyze, and visualize large datasets using Python and R.
• Prototype, test, and deploy automation solutions with low‑code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, ChatGPT and Claude.
• Create documentation, training materials, and visual process maps to ensure intuitive adoption.
• Monitor outcomes, measure results, and report progress to senior management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or emerging talent with a STEM degree (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience leading quantitative research projects.
• Excellent collaboration and business partnering abilities, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑experts.
• Continuous learning mindset, eager to experiment with new tools and ideas.
