Business Operations & Strategy Lead

About the role

This high‑impact position sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution within a fast‑growing AI‑driven organization. Based in Canada, you will own the end‑to‑end revenue and customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from pricing through contracting to customer handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Own and coordinate complex enterprise deals across the full lifecycle, from pricing and contracting to onboarding.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Design, refine, and govern commercial processes such as pricing frameworks, approvals, and contract execution.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance scalability and cycle time.
• Build and implement AI‑driven automation systems that reduce manual effort and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives on pricing strategy, customer lifecycle optimization, and operational readiness.
• Define KPIs, improve reporting frameworks, and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong background in business operations, strategy, consulting, RevOps, finance, or similar cross‑functional roles.
• Proven ability to solve ambiguous, complex business problems with structured thinking and practical execution.
• Experience in high‑growth environments, preferably scaling businesses with $40M‑$100M ARR.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
