Business Development Representative – Roofing Services

About the role

Toiture Couture is seeking a full‑time Business Development Representative to drive growth of its roofing and waterproofing services across the Greater Montreal area. You will work on‑site, building relationships with commercial, industrial, institutional and residential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Prepare and present service proposals tailored to client needs.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits and follow‑up discussions.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align solutions with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in B2B or construction‑related services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical services clearly.
• Strong analytical ability to assess client needs and develop accurate proposals.
• Comfort with programming or software development concepts as an asset for CRM and digital reporting tools.
• Relevant experience in business development, account management or field sales, preferably in roofing, construction or property management.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area.
• Fluency in French and English is highly beneficial.
• Self‑motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.
