Business Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Rich Fulfilling Life Wealth Management is looking for a Business Development Representative to drive growth by engaging internationally trained physicians and introducing them to our wealth management solutions. This remote position works closely with advisors and management to qualify leads, educate prospects, and set appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, social media, and referrals.
• Qualify leads based on financial needs, investment readiness, and suitability.
• Educate prospects on investment, insurance, retirement, tax, and portfolio management services.
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified prospects to Financial Advisors.
• Maintain accurate interaction records and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to improve lead conversion.
• Conduct follow‑ups for no‑show leads and execute outbound outreach.
• Meet daily activity targets and monthly qualified lead goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel occasionally to Canadian provinces for conferences and seminars.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, banking or financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients.
• Basic understanding of financial products and investment concepts (training provided).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
• High energy, self‑motivation, and professionalism.
