Business Development Representative

About the role

Auxo is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join its fast‑growing SaaS team. Working remotely from anywhere in Canada, you will be the front‑line of the revenue engine, creating qualified outbound pipelines for manufacturing and procurement customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound prospecting through cold calls and email outreach.
• Identify decision‑makers, qualify fit, urgency and next steps before handing off to Account Executives.
• Book qualified meetings consistently and meet weekly/monthly targets.
• Maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot with detailed notes and activity tracking.
• Develop and refine talk tracks, messaging and objection handling through testing.
• Collaborate with AEs, Marketing and RevOps to improve targeting, routing and overall performance.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of BDR/SDR experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong outbound calling ability and confidence on the phone.
• Clear communicator who can quickly articulate value and qualify opportunities.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to maintain a disciplined daily outreach routine.
• Team‑first mindset with strong collaboration instincts.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.

What we offer

• Base salary of CAD 50‑65 k per year with OTE up to CAD 125 k.
