Business Development Representative

About the role

You will drive new business growth for PMP Solutions by selling its digital transformation SaaS platform to medium‑to‑large industrial companies in the wood processing sector. The role focuses on value‑based selling, helping customers solve technical challenges with our software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, qualify and close new business opportunities across North America.
• Sell the value of PMP Solutions’ SaaS offering rather than price alone.
• Understand customers’ technical problems and position our products as the solution.
• Collaborate transversally with operations teams to maximize results and ensure smooth implementation.
• Maintain rigorous follow‑up and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Proven success selling technical or technological products to medium‑large industrial companies.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills with a solution‑selling mindset.
• Determined, organized, perseverant, honest and results‑oriented.
• Leadership through cross‑functional collaboration.
