Business Development Manager – Warehousing

About the role

Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand its contract logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment services across North America. You will identify new market opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver customized supply‑chain solutions that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Charger’s warehouse and fulfillment offerings.
• Generate new business through cold calling, presentations, lead follow‑up, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, including proposals, forecasts, and account plans.
• Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs to deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with internal logistics and pricing teams to create competitive pricing and execution plans.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers to support capital equipment and intralogistics purchases.
• Drive intralogistics/warehouse solutions strategy with both new and existing customers.
• Provide post‑sale account management focused on long‑term client satisfaction and growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehousing, supply‑chain, or fulfillment.
• Proven business‑development track record from prospecting to closing deals.
• Strong ability to create and execute strategic account plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
• High energy, self‑motivated, and able to work independently and within a team.
• College or university degree in business, marketing, or related field is an asset.
