Business Development Manager – Saskatchewan (Remote)

About the role

OK Tire is seeking a full‑time remote Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across Saskatchewan. You will build and strengthen partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and drive revenue for our franchise network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the SK region.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities and new customer segments.
• Analyze market trends to shape sales initiatives.
• Expand the customer base and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Travel within Saskatchewan and Canada as required.

Required profile

• Proven background in business development, strategic planning, and sales management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends.
• Project‑management, problem‑solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the automotive or retail industry is an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Residing in or near Regina preferred and a valid driver’s license.
