About the role
LEAP is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive the growth of its cloud‑based legal practice management SaaS in the Toronto market. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales cycle, and achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Sell LEAP software and meet or exceed revenue quota.
- Conduct webinar demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective law firms.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Maintain a quarterly business plan with KPI tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
- Prospect new accounts, manage top‑of‑funnel pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
- Negotiate deals, offer incentives, and close sales.
- Provide accurate forecasting and regular pipeline updates.
Required profile
- Proven SaaS new‑business experience with a hunter mentality.
- Ability to close deals using a consultative sales process.
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to engage in ongoing training.
- Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
