Business Development Manager – Remote (Vancouver)

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will drive growth for Northern Business Intelligence by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base in the fleet industry. You will combine relationship‑building expertise with strong analytical abilities to showcase our cutting‑edge software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, prospects, and strategic partners.
• Leverage existing contacts and generate new leads to increase sales.
• Manage the full sales cycle, presenting solution value to decision‑makers.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and forecast sales activity in Salesforce.com.
• Collaborate with internal teams to uncover cross‑functional business opportunities.
• Assist in shaping regional sales strategy and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Travel as required.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of consultative/solution sales experience with a proven quota‑attainment record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible, agile, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Experience in the telematics or fleet industry is a plus; bilingualism is an asset.
