About the role

As a Business Development Manager at Experis, you will drive growth for our clients by matching their talent and IT needs with our solutions. You will work with a portfolio of global tech giants and innovative start‑ups, helping them solve recruitment and technology challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential new clients using your network and Experis tools.
• Understand client requirements and present Experis and ManpowerGroup solutions to address talent and IT challenges.
• Provide ongoing consulting to existing clients, delivering solutions for emerging needs and deepening relationships.
• Achieve performance targets through goal‑oriented, proactive, and agile sales activities.
• Build authentic relationships in the market to foster client loyalty and expand the business.

Required profile

• Strong networking and consultative selling abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with initiative and agility in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in B2B sales, recruitment services, or IT talent solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
