About the role

ClickView is seeking a Business Development Manager to launch and grow its presence in Canada. Reporting to the VP of Sales and Customer Success, you will be the first hire in the country, responsible for establishing relationships with K-12 school districts and driving adoption of video learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Research, identify and qualify new business opportunities across Canadian K-12 school districts and boards.
  • Execute inbound and outbound prospecting calls and activities to engage education stakeholders.
  • Own the Canadian territory, developing a province‑by‑province market strategy.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM usage, keeping Salesforce up to date for planning and reporting.
  • Attend EdTech events, create bespoke campaigns, and act as a brand advocate.
  • Identify influencers and decision‑makers within school boards and nurture long‑term relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative, value‑oriented sales approach.
  • Strategic thinker who can develop structured market plans.
  • High energy and proven ability to close deals.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with educators and administrators.
