Business Development Manager – IT

About the role

As a Business Development Manager for Experis, a ManpowerGroup company, you will drive growth for our IT clients by identifying new business opportunities and deepening relationships with existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Use your network and Experis tools to identify and connect with potential new clients seeking IT talent solutions.
• Understand client needs and present Experis and ManpowerGroup services that address their talent and IT challenges.
• Service existing clients by providing solutions for emerging challenges and consulting on their talent strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored staffing and technology solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within IT staffing or technology services.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate client talent needs.
