About the role
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across the APAC region for our gaming and technology clients. This remote position offers the chance to work with globally recognised brands, shape high‑impact campaigns, and drive measurable revenue results.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets related to gross margin, client acquisition and conversion performance in the APAC market.
- Own the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, lead qualification, proposal creation, negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with gaming and tech clients, identifying expansion opportunities.
- Conduct consultative discussions to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal creative, strategy and events teams to deliver innovative, commercially effective proposals.
- Optimise CRM workflows, lead management and pitch methodologies using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings locally and internationally.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing.
- Mandatory experience within the gaming or technology industry.
- Background in an in‑house commercial team or a marketing/creative agency.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English required, Mandarin or Korean a strong advantage.
- Experience working across multiple APAC markets and willingness to travel as needed.
