Business Development Manager – Canada

About the role

Kärcher is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive regional sales across Canada. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by training, retaining, and recruiting distributors, as well as prospecting direct business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing distributors while identifying new distributor prospects.
• Provide sales support, product demonstrations, and training for distributors and end‑users.
• Support national and corporate account programs as needed.
• Represent the company at trade shows, sales meetings, and other marketing events.

Required profile

• Proven success selling to and supporting end‑users and distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative sales abilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and enjoyment of hands‑on equipment work.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the province, occasionally with a trailer.
