Business Development Executive – Remote

About the role

WeCopy Fintech, a Canada‑based fintech firm, is expanding its presence in the Belarus market. We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, partnership opportunities, and promote our prop trading, copy trading, and forex brokerage services remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the Belarus market.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into active traders and partners.
• Promote funded trader programs, copy‑trading solutions, and forex brokerage services.
• Build and maintain relationships with traders, affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), and strategic partners.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and, when possible, Belarusian or Russian.
• Educate clients about products, platforms, and business opportunities.
• Support lead follow‑up and client onboarding processes.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support market expansion.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners to foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Fluent English (mandatory); Belarusian and/or Russian highly preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition.
• Background in Forex, CFD, prop trading, crypto, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of the Belarusian market and local business environment.
• Existing connections within trading, investment, affiliate, or financial communities are a plus.
• Target‑driven, proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong interest in fintech, trading, and financial markets.
