Business Analyst – Patient Services (12‑month contract)

About the role

McKesson is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Specialty Health business unit in Mississauga. The analyst will support a high‑impact product innovation team, shaping a new digital platform that improves patient support programs and specialty pharmacy services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to gather and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support large‑scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist with data migration strategy, system integrations, and the rollout of Salesforce‑based solutions.
• Act as a domain expert for patient services, ensuring alignment between product roadmaps and business objectives.

Required profile

• Strategic and analytical thinker capable of converting complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Experience in digital transformation within specialty healthcare or biopharma environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast‑paced, regulated settings.
