Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will support the implementation of the OLG program, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customer representatives, delivery teams, and technical resources. This role ensures that business requirements are clearly captured, validated, and translated into functional solutions that meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with OLG stakeholders and project teams to identify, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain requirement documents, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create test plans, scenarios, and cases; execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Track and manage defects, coordinate with development teams to verify fixes, and ensure successful remediation.
• Coordinate customer testing activities and provide recommendations on solution readiness and implementation preparedness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate requirements to both business and technical audiences.
• Experience supporting testing activities and defect resolution.
